To perform our service, we need to collect personally identifiable information by requesting it directly from guests during the reservation booking process through “innRoad”, our booking engine provider. Guests can choose whether or not to disclose this personal information, however, we cannot provide this service without it.

FPR and PP will not otherwise disclose guests' personally identifiable information without permission unless we need to do so in order to comply with applicable law, a subpoena, or other legal process. We may use personally identifiable information to help us enhance the services that we offer. Fairfield Plantation Resort and Prestige Properties will never sell or rent your personal information to any third party.

“innRoad”, our booking engine provider, will only disclose information collected in the reservation process with us intended in the reservation.
